 Just like people come in all shapes and sizes, so do pasta monsters. You’ll learn to create the world’s most adorable ravioli in this class along with special techniques to personalize your little monsters with eyeballs, mouths and even limbs! There are two fillings to choose from in case you’re creating for picky palates.

*We will make pasta dough, filling, and create the monsters during class.

*Kid-friendly, but an adult should be present to assist with the blender and pasta sheeting machine.  

* Specialized Equipment: pasta sheeting machine, blender or hand/stick blender  $39

   Be among the first people in the world to hand-form this very special shape that is historically made only by machine. These beautiful pasta shells evoke the oceanside on a blustery day, when seafaring adventurers want nothing more than a delicious meal to endcap the excitement. Their beauty is matched by their practical form- the natural cup formation is ideal for cradling any kind of sauce you can conjure. Specialized equipment- blender, pasta machine useful but not totally necessary. Kids are welcome, but adult supervision is recommended.  * Specialized Equipment: blender or hand/stick blender  $37

 Welcome to the St. Patrick’s Day Ravioli Spectacular! There is something for everyone in this class, and it’s versatile enough that you can really make it your own. Truly fun and delicious for the whole family here, folks. You’ll learn several patterns like stripes, lattice & polka dots to decorate your perfect ravioli, but the excitement doesn’t stop there. Inside each bundle of leprechaun love is a mashed potato style Colcannon mixture that is a perfect ode to the green holiday, yet simple and adaptable enough to please picky palates. Then, if you really want to go the extra mile, and you do, friends, you really DO, you have the option of nesting an egg yolk inside to form a perfect pot of gold. Everything is vegetarian with vegan modifications possible and the egg yolk is optional, so bring yo kids, don’t hide yo wives - it’s a feast for all! **Kid-friendly with adult assistance  * Specialized Equipment: pasta machine, blender or hand/stick blender  $37

 Master the Art of Ricotta Gnocchi and celebrate all things green, springy & St. Patrick’s themey, too! This gnocchi class is perfect for anyone who wants to jump into the world of pasta without using a machine or any fancy tools. We’ll make both white and green gnocchi dough and eventually we’ll even swirl them together to make a marbled tie-dye Leprechaun swirl mashup. We will learn to shape the gnocchi traditionally, and as a bonus we’ll also form them into tiny fun shapes like stars & clovers. You can use any tiny cookie cutter shapes you own, or just stick with the classic little rolled gnocchi. This class is wonderful for kids as well as grownups, but adults might want to supervise the quick few moments using a blender. **No special tools, all easy-to-find ingredients. $31
